Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
We ship across the globe. We do not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses. All international orders are accepted only if PREPAID.
Packaging
- All the orders are quality checked thrice for ensuring a seamless experience. Our team also confirms the sizes on whatsapp before dispatching the products, if the customer replies to the messages.
- Our products are packaged and sealed in Sew and You Printed Bags.
- We also make videos of multiple product orders to ensure proof of order packaging, delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Please do not accept any tampered or taped packets, we will not be responsible for theft or any other loss/issue in that case.

SHIPPING COST
We charge a flat shipping fee of 10$ which is automatically added to the order at the time of checkout.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
- International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in the order are ready with us. We don't dispatch incomplete orders.
- Orders are delivered within 10-15 business days of receiving the order
- As soon as the order is shipped, the tracking information is shared via email.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order
- Please note that your order can only be canceled before we have dispatched it to you. If you want to cancel the order please drop us an email at Contact@sewandyou.com or call us on +91 7678418736 with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours
- We do not accept returns for international orders. If there is a quality issue, you can send us the return request with the picture of the product. Only after our team approves the return request, the product will be accepted for return. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to the seller themselves.
- Refund - Customers will be refunded the full amount of the order in the same mode of payment within 7-14 working days after deducting the transaction fees borne by the company, in case of order cancellation. Shipping costs are not refunded in any case.
- Exchanges are not accepted on international orders.
