Worst quality ever!

Mine was international order and based on the assistant’s guidance size recommendation I ordered a Lime and White Floral Printed Wrap set with Dupatta and right after wearing it for few hours The thread came out then the shell came out.on contacting Customer care they denied any kind of Refund or Replacement!
